Red Lion

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Gin
20ml. Grand Marnier
30ml. Orange Juice
10ml. Lemon Juice
Orange peel to garnish
Shake and serve in a cocktail glass.

Mojito-London style

Cocktail Recipe: 

3-4 Mint leaves
10-15ml. sugar syrup
25ml. Lime juice
50ml. Gin
Top up with Tonic
Crushed ice
lime wedge or mint for garnish.

Muddle the first three ingredients, then add the crushed ice, gin and to up with the tonic. Garnish and serve.

Gin Fizz

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Gin
25ml. Fresh lemon juice
20ml. Simple syrup
Soda to top up.
Shake the gin, lemon and syrup and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top up with soda and serve.
No garnish.

White Lily

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Havana Club
20ml. Gin
20ml. Triple Sec
dash of Pernod
Garnish: Pansy
Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass, garnish and serve.

Tom Collins

Cocktail Recipe: 

40ml. Gin
20ml. Lemon Juice
20ml. Sugar syrup
Soda to top up
Orange slice and cherry for garnish
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a collins glass. Add the soda and stir. Garnish and serve.

Gin and Sin

Gin and Sin Cocktail
Cocktail Recipe: 

An orange slice
A slice of lemon
15ml. sugar syrup
20ml. fresh orange juice
10ml. fresh lemon juice
Muddle all ingredients in a shaker, then add:
40ml. Gin
2 dashes Grenadine and shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass.
No garnish.

Litchitini

Cocktail Recipe: 

40ml. Gin
15ml. Cointreau
60ml. Litchi Juice (use the juice from the tin)
30ml. Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish: a canned litchi and lime peel
Shake with ice all the ingredients and serve into a cocktail glass garnish and serve.

Negroni

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Campari
30ml. sweet vermouth
30ml. Gin
Garnish: 2-3 orange slices

Build all the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish and serve.

This signature Campari cocktail has been an international favorite for more than a century. It was invented in the early 1900s by a Florentine aristocrat, Count Camillo Negroni. The count asked a bartender to add some bite to his preferred cocktail, the Americano. With an addition of gin, an instant classic was conceived, and the Negroni became the Count's new favorite.

Campari, the world’s top-selling bitter, was introduced in 1860 in Milan. Gaspare Campari developed and perfected his bold red creation using more than 60 natural ingredients, with orange as the predominant flavor.

Martini

Martini Cocktail
Cocktail Recipe: 

75ml. Gin
a dash of vermouth extra dry
an olive to garnish

Method of preparation of this cocktail are two stirred or shaken.

Add product in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir vigorously. Pour into chilled martini glass and decorate with olives.

Blue Devil

Cocktail Recipe: 

40ml Gin
10ml Blue Cruaso
10ml Chery Brandy
25ml fresh lime juice
5-10ml Gomme(sugar syrup) to taste
a marashino cherry to garnish!

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
