Black Star Liner Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

25ml. Chocolate Liqueur
25ml. Freshly made espresso
25ml. Patron XO Cafe ( Mexican coffee-flavoured tequila)
1 tea spoon sugar syrup
Garnish: espresso beans and chocolate shavings
Shake all the ingredients, strain into a martini glass. Add a few whole espresso beans and float chocolate shavings on the top.

Golden Cadillac

Cocktail Recipe: 

60ml. Cacao white
30ml. Galliano
30ml. Whipping cream
Garnish pinch of cinnamon
Blend all ingredients with a little crushed ice and strain into a champagne glass, garnish and serve.

Bulgarian Cloud

Bulgarian Cloud Cocktail
Cocktail Recipe: 

25ml. Mastika (Bulgarian aniseed spirit)
25ml. Creme de Menthe
30ml. Vanila ice cream
Stir all three ingredients briefly with barspon in shaker and pour into port glass with a little crushed ice. Garnish with two straws and serve.

Bulgarian Cloud or just Cloud is Bulgarian classic cocktail. The original recipe is 100ml. Mastica (Bulgarian aniseed spirit) and 50ml. Creme de Menthe. We offer our modern idea for this cocktail.

Orange Brulee

Orange Brulee Cocktail
Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Grad Marnier
20ml Amareto
5ml. Creme de Cacao white
whipping cream to top up

Shake the ingredients with ice and serve into the glass, top up with whipping cream and garnish with thin strips of orange zest and orange sugar, flame the sugar and serve.

Peppermint Twist

Peppermint Twist
Cocktail Recipe: 

40ml Creme de menthe white
15ml Cacao white
3 scoops of vanillia ice cream
Garnish: pinch of ground almonds

Blend all the ingredients with small ice.

Negroni

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Campari
30ml. sweet vermouth
30ml. Gin
Garnish: 2-3 orange slices

Build all the ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice, garnish and serve.

This signature Campari cocktail has been an international favorite for more than a century. It was invented in the early 1900s by a Florentine aristocrat, Count Camillo Negroni. The count asked a bartender to add some bite to his preferred cocktail, the Americano. With an addition of gin, an instant classic was conceived, and the Negroni became the Count's new favorite.

Campari, the world’s top-selling bitter, was introduced in 1860 in Milan. Gaspare Campari developed and perfected his bold red creation using more than 60 natural ingredients, with orange as the predominant flavor.

Mellon Cooler

Cocktail Recipe: 

5-6 Melon cubes
30ml. Midori
15ml. Creme de mure
15ml. Archers ( peach schnapps)
60ml. Pineapple juice

Muddle the melon and shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and strain in margarita glass. Maraschino cherry for garnish.

Forest Flower

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Parfait Amour
10ml. Creme de cacao white
10ml. Whipping cream
5ml. Grenadine

Shake all the ingredients together and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with pansy
