Cocktail Recipe: 

4-5 Melon cubes
50ml. Capitan Morgan Rum
15ml. Midori
15ml. Lime Juice
Dash of goldschlager
Melon for garnish
Blend all ingredients witn ice and strain into a margarita glass. Garnish and serve.

Cocktail Recipe: 

20ml. Capitan Morgan spiced Gold Rum
20ml. Brandy
10ml. Tia Maria
20ml. Whipping cream
One scoop of Chocolate ice cream and another one for garnish.
Мelted chocolate
First make the glass decoration with the melted chocolate, put on the bottom of the glass crushed ice, then shake hard all ingredients (without the melted chocolate) with ice and strain into the glass.
Garnish with the ice cream and serve.

30ml. Amaretto
40ml. Orange juice
40ml. Pineapple Juice
dash of grenadine
Garnish: slice of orange
Shake all ingredients with ice, garnish and serve.

Don Pedro

Cocktail Recipe: 

15ml. Kahlua
15ml. Jamaica Rum
150g. of cream and chocolate icecream
Garnish: sprinkle hazelnut
Stir all ingredients in a shaker and pour into Cognac glass, garnish and serve.

Pina Colada

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Malibu
20ml. Dark Rum
30ml. Coconut Cream
20ml. Whipping Cream
a scoop vanilla icecream
90ml. Pineapple Juice
Blend all ingredients with crushed ice for 15-20sec.
Garnish with pineapple, orange and cherry and serve with straw.

Caipirinha

Cocktail Caipirinha
Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Cachaca
1 Lime
3-4 bar spoons brown sugar

Cut the lime into eight quarters. Place the quarters in the bottom of a rocks glass add the sugar and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the cachaca. Stir vigorously and add sugar syrup to taste. Serve with two straws.

Cachaca, a spirit indigenous to Brazil, is distilled directly from the juice of sugar cane.It is typically between 38% and 54% alcohol by volume.The major difference between cachaça and rum is that rum is usually made from molasses. The Caipirinha has made cachaca popular in many countries.

Mulato Daiquiri

Cocktail Recipe: 

60ml. Cuban Rum
30ml. Fresh lime Juice
10ml. Sugar syrup
a bar spoon (5ml.) creme de cacao
Garnish: thin slice of lime
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve.

Mojito

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Havana club
6-7 quarters of lime
4-5 mint leaves
2 bar spoons brown sugar
Simple syrup to taste
Soda water to top up
Garnish with a mint spring

Muddle the lime, mint and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass, fill with plenty of crushed ice, and add the rum. Stir well and add dash or two of simple syrup, to taste. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint spring two straws and serve.
