Pomegranate Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Vodka
Juice of one ripe pomegranate, seeds retained
2 teaspoons liquid from a jar of maraschino cherries
4 mint leaves
Garnish: pomegranate seeds
Squeeze the juice out of the pomegranate and retain a few of the seeds for the garnish. Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the seeds.

Milky Mila

Cocktail Recipe: 

20ml. Ukrainian Vodka
20ml. Bourbon
10ml. Kahlua
5ml. Sugar syrup
10ml.root beer syrup
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Shake all, pour over crushed ice. Pour 50ml. root beer and stir, serve with scoop of ice cream, grated chocolate and root beer syrup.

Watermelon

Cocktail Recipe: 

60ml. Vodka
2 slices ripe watermelon
sugar syrup, to taste
a thin slice of watermelon for garnish
Muddle the watermelon in a mixing glass, add the vodka and ice, and shake sharply. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish.

Crocodile Cooler

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Midori
30ml. Citrus Vodka
20ml. Triple Sec
60ml. Sour mix
15ml. Lime Juice
Lemonade to top up
Pour the ingredients into a highball glass with ice top up with lemonade and garnish with lime wheel and cherry.

Lychee and mint martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

40ml Vodka
40ml. Lychee Juice
10ml. Triple sec
10ml. Creme de menthe or 4-5 fresh mint leaves
20ml. fresh lime juice
Garnish: lime wedge
Blend all ingredients with a crushed ice, pour into a cocktail glass garnish and serve.

Harvey Wallbanger

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Vodka
100ml. Orange Juice or (to top up)
Float of Galliano
An orange slice, to garnish.
Pour the vodka and orange juice together over ice in a highball glass and float a little Galliano on top.

The story goes that Harvey, a Californian surfer who had performed particularly badly in an important contest, visited his local bar to drown his sorrows. He ordered his usual Screwdriver - only to decide that it wasn't strong enough for what he had in mind. Scanning the bar for something to boost his drink, his eyes fell on the distinctively shaped Galliano bottle, a shot of which was then added to his drink as a float.

Hazel Cream

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Frangelico
30ml. Kahlua
20ml. Vodka
Dash of whipping cream
Garnish: Crushed hazelnut
Pour all ingredients over ice into the glass, stir well garnish and serve.

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Vodka
30ml. Amaretto
30ml. Whipping cream
grated fresh nutmeg, to garnish

Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Serve whit two straws.

Sea Breeze

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Vodka
75ml. Grapefruit Juice
50ml. Cranberry Juice
a lime wedge, to garnish
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve with straw.
