Pomegranate Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Vodka
Juice of one ripe pomegranate, seeds retained
2 teaspoons liquid from a jar of maraschino cherries
4 mint leaves
Garnish: pomegranate seeds
Squeeze the juice out of the pomegranate and retain a few of the seeds for the garnish. Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the seeds.

Ice Tea Cooler

Cocktail Recipe: 

Half a lime cut into four quarters
5-6 mint leaves
one teaspoon of sugar
50ml. gin
Green iced tea to top up
Crushed ice
Mint for garnish
Muddle the first three ingredients into the glass, add the crushed ice, the gin and stir, then top up with the ice tea, garnish and serve.

Mojito-London style

Cocktail Recipe: 

3-4 Mint leaves
10-15ml. sugar syrup
25ml. Lime juice
50ml. Gin
Top up with Tonic
Crushed ice
lime wedge or mint for garnish.

Muddle the first three ingredients, then add the crushed ice, gin and to up with the tonic. Garnish and serve.

Strawberry and Mint non-martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

4-5 Strawberries
4-5 Mint leaves
40ml. Sugar syrup
40ml. Fresh lime juice
40ml. Orange juice
100ml. Cranberry Juice
Mint for garnish
Muddle the first three ingredients, then add the other and shake with crushed ice.

Strawberry and Mint Martini

Cocktail Recipe: 

1. 4-5 Fresh strawberries
2. 4-5 Fresh mint leaves
3. Dash sugar syrup
4. 40ml. Raspberry Vodka
5. 20ml. Triple sec
6. 20ml. Fresh lime juice
1 strawberry for garnish

Muddle the strawberries, mint and the sugar in a boston shaker. Add the vodka, triple sec and the lime juice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve.

Cocktail Recipe: 

30ml. Gin
15ml. Lemon Juice
5ml. Sugar syrup
2 mint leaves
Champagne to top up
No garnish

Muddle the Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar syrup and the mint and then sake with ice, strain into champagne glass top up with the champagne and serve.

Mojito

Cocktail Recipe: 

50ml. Havana club
6-7 quarters of lime
4-5 mint leaves
2 bar spoons brown sugar
Simple syrup to taste
Soda water to top up
Garnish with a mint spring

Muddle the lime, mint and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass, fill with plenty of crushed ice, and add the rum. Stir well and add dash or two of simple syrup, to taste. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a mint spring two straws and serve.
