50ml. Bourbon
25ml. Lemon Juice
15ml. Sugar Syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
10-15ml of egg white
Orange peel and cherry for garnish.
Shake hard all the ingredients whit ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the orange peel and the cherry.
