Watermelon

60ml. Vodka
2 slices ripe watermelon
sugar syrup, to taste
a thin slice of watermelon for garnish
Muddle the watermelon in a mixing glass, add the vodka and ice, and shake sharply. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish.
