Margarita Cocktail

The Margarita is the most popular tequila-based cocktail. Everyone knows that refreshing drink and summer cocktail. Origins of the Margarita cocktail is back in the early 30`s of the past century. There are many stories about who invented the margarita and why. First known is Barman "Willie" from Mexico City, who in 1934 made the drink for Marguerite Hemery. She was friends with the owner of the bar, and the bartender mix the drink especially for her, and giving name to this drink to her name - Margarita.

Margarita Recipe :

60 ml tequila
20 ml triple sec Cointreau
20 ml lime juice

Mix and shake well the ingredients in a shaker. Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Strain into the glass, and serve.
